Q. What is the
window mount system?
A. All of our window display products use
a patented suction technology to mount and
hang on the window. The suction power is strong
enough to withstand wind, rain and other harsh
weather conditions. Therefore these window
display systems are perfect for both indoor
and outdoor.

Q. How do I install
these window display systems?
A. Press it firmly against the window then
turn the cup 60 degrees clockwise until it
locks. Make sure you press very hard so that
air doesn't get through before turning the
cup to lock it.

Q. How do I place
an order?
A. Select an item (window banner or window
flag), choose a photo image that you like,
contemplate the contents to be printed then
email or call us and our sales representative
will gladly help you step by step.

Q. How long does
it take to receive my order?
A. Usually ships within 2-3 business days.
Bulk orders and may take longer.

Q. How can I upload
my photo image or artwork?
A. Click on 'Upload Image'. Send images less
than 10MB to upload@limearrow.com. For images
that are larger than 10MB, you will need to
upload through MediaMax. Please follow the
steps indicated on the page.

Q. Can I upload
JPEG or GIF file?
A. Yes.
For Bitmap Files
If your file contains any bitmap images, please
use any of the following file types with the
appropriate extension: * JPEG (.jpg) (CMYK
24bit)
* Tif (.tif)
* Please note, while this file format creates
a smaller file, it is the least favorite.
Please Note: To get the maximum clarity,
images look best if created at no less than
72dpi at final output size or
720dpi at 1/10th scale.

Q. Can I preview
the final image before it goes to print?
A. Yes. Upon request, the final image will
be sent to you for an approval. You must request
for a preview on your order.

Q. What if I can't
find any photo images that I like?
A. Go to www.istockphoto.com. Type in the
keyword of your category. When you find the
image of your choice, email us the image #.

Q. Do you offer
expedited shipping if I need an item ASAP?
A. Yes. For an extra fee, we will process
your order first and ship via express service.

a different size or quantity of items other
than what i listed on your price guide?
